Lime Glazed Corn Cobs

This is a super easy and delicious addition to BBQed corn cobs but there is also so many other BBQed fun to be had with it.
Tangy Lime Chutni (70g x 2)

Ingredients
  • 1 pot of The Spice Tailor Tangy Lime Chutni
  • 3 corn cobs, halved crosswise
  • Around 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise, low fat also works
  • A handful of roughly chopped coriander
Method
  1. Rub the corn cobs with a little oil and BBQ, turning often until lightly charred in places, around 10-12 minutes. Alternatively, wrap in foil and cook gently for 25-30 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, blend the lime chutni as fine as you can or chop finely and stir into the mayonnaise
  3. Once the corn has been done, glaze with the chutni mayonnaise, top with the chopped coriander and serve.
